Tojero Direct Debit Service Agreement - Nebula Web Services
  • Authorisation

    By submitting the Direct Debit Request, you authorise Tojero to withdraw payments from your nominated financial institution account (“nominated account”) as per your billing arrangement. Tojero is acting as the merchant and is responsible for facilitating your services.

  • Notification of Changes

    You will receive at least 14 days’ written notice from Tojero if there are any changes to the payment terms or schedule.

  • Privacy and Data Use

    Your account details will remain confidential, handled in accordance with Tojero’s Privacy Policy (https://tojero.com/privacy). Some information may be securely transferred overseas for payment processing. If you do not wish to provide personal information required for direct debit processing, Tojero will not be able to debit your account.

  • Non-Business Days

    If your scheduled payment falls on a non-business day, Tojero will debit your account on the next business day.

  • Your Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    - Ensure your nominated account accepts direct debits.

    - Maintain sufficient funds to cover each scheduled payment.

    - Notify Tojero immediately if your account is closed, transferred, or updated.

    - Arrange an alternative payment method if the debit arrangement is cancelled.

    - Ensure all required signatories on your account have authorised this Direct Debit Request.

  • Making Changes

    You may request to change or cancel your direct debit arrangement by contacting
    Tojero at least 7 business days prior to your next scheduled payment. You can:

    - Change your bank account;

    - Defer a payment;

    - Modify your payment schedule;

    - Cancel your direct debit setup.

  • Contact for Support

    For assistance, please contact Tojero Support via your customer dashboard or email support@tojero.com. You may also contact your financial institution for assistance.

  • Disputes & Errors

    If you believe an error has occurred in processing your payment, contact Tojero immediately. We will investigate and, if required, arrange a correction through your financial institution.

  • Agreement Details

    Your direct debit arrangement details are included in the Direct Debit Request confirmation provided when you registered.

  • Failed Payments

    If three consecutive payments are dishonoured, Tojero may cancel your direct debit arrangement and contact you to arrange an alternative payment method. Dishonour fees may apply from your bank, and Tojero may charge additional fees in line with your agreement.
